Nude hiking in Lusatia
Hiking is really my thing! I love walking, especially straight routes with fast, steady steps. It totally relaxes me! Such beautiful wide paths, straight ahead, where you can see colorful trees, meadows and fields along the way, just like this autumn, which has just begun. Above me, the blue sky and the radiant, wonderfully friendly warm sun!
The weather on this day was also ideal and particularly suitable for walking naked. Because for me, as an exhibitionist, that is the true fulfillment of hiking. Naked as the Lord God or whoever created me! Being naked is the most natural thing in the world, without any disturbing coverings or tight clothing. Say YES to life naked! Free and unconstrained in nature! What could be better?
I was wearing my chic red boots and stepped out well. I swayed my hips happily and enjoyed the warm, sun-drenched air. As I said, the weather was already somewhat autumnal and the trees were already turning red. The fields had already been harvested and the sun was pleasantly mild.
And as I walked briskly with firm steps, naked and enjoying life, this poem that we had once learned at school came to mind. I have forgotten most of the poems from my school days. But this poem comes back to me every fall. And I often say it to myself because I find it so beautiful. It’s by Christian Friedrich Hebbel:
Autumn Picture
This is an autumn day like no other I’ve seen! The air is still, as if one hardly breathed, And yet, rustling, far and near, The most beautiful fruits fall from every tree.
O do not disturb her, the celebration of nature! This is the harvest that she herself holds, For today only what falls before the sun’s mild ray is released from the branches.
With this poem, which I quoted joyfully in my mind, I wandered on and rejoiced in being naked, in wandering and in life!

Nacktwandern in der Lausitz
Wandern ist so richtig mein Ding! Ich laufe sehr gerne, vor allem gerade Strecken mit schnellen festen Schritten entlang. Das entspannt mich total! So schöne weite Wege, geradeaus, wo man am Wegesrand, wie auch in diesem Herbst, der gerade erst begann, bunt eingefärbte Bäume, Wiesen und Felder sieht. Über mir der blaue Himmel und die strahlende wunderbar freundliche warme Sonne!
Auch an diesem Tag war das Wetter ideal und besonders geeignet, nackt zu wandern. Denn das ist für mich als Exhibitionistin die wahre Erfüllung des Wanderns. Nackt wie der Herrgott oder wer auch immer, mich geschaffen hat! Nackt sein ist das Natürlichste von der Welt, bar aller störenden Hüllen und festen Kleidung. Nackt JA sagen zum Leben! Frei und ungezwungen in der Natur! Was kann es Schöneres geben.
Ich hatte meine schicken roten Stiefel an und schritt gut aus. Freudig schwenkte ich meine Hüften und genoss die warme sonnendurchflutete Luft. Das Wetter war, wie schon gesagt, schon etwas herbstlich und die Bäume nahmen schon rote Farbe an. Die Felder waren schon abgeerntet und die Sonne angenehm mild.
Und als ich so zügig mit festen Schritten nackt wanderte und mich des Lebens freute, kam mir dieses Gedicht in den Sinn, das wir mal in der Schule gelernt hatten. Die meisten Gedichte von der Schulzeit her habe ich vergessen. Doch dieses Gedicht kommt mir jeden Herbst ins Gedächtnis. Und ich sage es oft vor mich hin, weil ich es so wunderschön finde. Es ist von Christian Friedrich Hebbel:
Herbstbild
Dies ist ein Herbsttag, wie ich keinen sah!
Die Luft ist still, als atmete man kaum,
Und dennoch fallen raschelnd, fern und nah,
Die schönsten Früchte ab von jedem Baum.
O stört sie nicht, die Feier der Natur!
Dies ist die Lese, die sie selber hält,
Denn heute löst sich von den Zweigen nur,
Was vor dem milden Strahl der Sonne fällt.
Mit diesem Gedicht, das ich in Gedanken freudig zitierte, wanderte ich weiter und freute mich des Nacktseins, des Wanderns und des Lebens!
